The Wonder Fools -Storyline
Picture it: It’s 1999, and while some folks are busy prepping for the apocalypse, Eun Chae Ni is just trying to live her life in Haeseong City. Her only family? Her spunky grandma, Kim Jeon Bok, who runs the city’s famous eatery. Eun Chae Ni’s the kind of gal who keeps everyone guessing with her sunny yet unpredictable ways. But then, wham! An unexpected twist of fate hits, and she lands a supernatural power. Coincidentally, her neighbors, Son Gyeong Un and Kang Ro Bin, are right there with her, and they get their own magical upgrades—though, let’s just say, they’re not quite superhero material yet.
Enter Lee Un Jeong, fresh from Seoul, and now a by-the-book civil servant at city hall. He’s all about the rules and not exactly winning the office popularity contest. Outside of work? Total enigma. He teams up with Eun Chae Ni to tackle the baffling disappearances haunting Haeseong City.
